I’m super excited about this project! I’m teaming up with Walter’s Wish, a non-profit run by a teacher in my neighborhood, and her chihuahua, Walter. Through mentoring and advising, she’s following her 3rd grade inner-city students all the way through high school and helping them get into college along with some financial assistance. It’s pretty awesome. So our project is this: Photograph neighborhood dogs in and around locations in Cathedral Hill, hold an Art Show with prints from the project, and create a 2010 calendar. All the calendar proceeds will go to Walter’s Wish.
If you live in the Cathedral Hill area of St. Paul, operate a business here, (or know someone who does) and would like your dog to be a part of the project, it’s just $395, and you get a photo session with me, a 16×24 Gallery Canvas Wrap, (a $375 value!) participation in the Art Show, (it will be at Nina’s…. date and time TBA) a page in the 2010 calendar with your name, your dog’s name and the location of the image, plus a free calendar!
If you don’t have a dog, or would like to help out at a lower price point, we have sponsorships available for $100 each. Sponsors will get their logo and 4 lines of text on one month of the calendar.
