I had the wonderful pleasure of heading out to Hearing and Service Dogs of Minnesota this week, to photograph some new puppies that will be going through the program! This organization works with individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or physically disabled, pairing them with dogs specially trained to alert them to important sounds or assist them in the activities of daily living. It’s a great place, and I’m looking forward to helping them out with many more photos in the future. These lovely ladies are Standard Poodles, and will one day be paired with someone as a dependable, trustworthy companion. They’re also super cute, and it was so great to play with puppies outside on the grass! They’re little snuggle muffins.

Photographing *one* puppy can be a challenge, and this is the first time I have ever photographed TWO! Here’s a suprising shot of both of them actually sitting still and looking at me.

This is their big buddy, who’s also going through the program. They’re friends

I love this one . . . it cracks me up.
