Driving home from dinner with an old friend tonight, there was this amazing lightening all across the sky. We got home, I ran and got my camera, and we drove a few blocks to the St. Paul Cathedral (which is amazing in and of itself, but even more-so with lightening!) We parked, and soon the street filled up with people and their cameras. I had grabbed a tripod, but forgot the dealy that connects the camera to the tripod, so I was using the car, but a lovely fellow photog let me use her tripod, and I’m so grateful. Here’s my favorite……how cool that this is just down the street? I love living here! (also, a quick comment….this photo is *barely* touched up. this is actually how it looked!)
