giving back | Rescue of the Month 2010

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, and finally figured out how I want to do it. Each month of 2010, Sarah Beth Photography will be donating 10% of every Pet Session Fee to a different local animal rescue, shelter or advocate. I have some favorites in mind, but if you have any suggestions...

coen {6 months} | minneapolis children’s photographer

I first met Coen when he was poppin’ fresh. He’s an awesome baby, very easy going, and a rockstar at sitting up on his own. He was 6 months old on Christmas, and we’ve got one more session to go, when he turns one. {I’m secretly hoping he’ll be a Sarah Beth Photography “lifer” ….2...

willie {dutch rabbit}

Nine year old Willie was the proud winner of a Gift Certificate I donated earlier this year to the Minnesota Companion Rabbit Society. He was my very last session of 2009, and I couldn’t think of a better way to end this year. I love photographing dogs, but it’s so exciting to photograph the more...

benson + mischief

Mischief is a very pretty Beagle who recently got a new baby brother: Benson the French Bulldog! They both enjoy daycare at Pampered Pooch and getting pets for being cute. Little Benson is so stinkin’ adorable, and Mischief has got some moves…. I definitely had a blast with these two in the studio!

bob {marley}

Bob is the snuggliest, muppet-y-est, big bundle of puppy I’ve ever met. He’s also the first Puli I’ve seen in real life! He was so sweet and such a good boy, but his amazing amount of black black black fur made for a challenging session. He soaks up so much light, the only paper that...

duke + ruby {black and tan coonhounds}

Duke and Ruby were a total blast in the studio! These two have very expressive faces that go from stoic to happy to ridiculous in seconds. This will be a long post…. there were just so many good ones! This first one is Ruby.

And in true Coon Hound fashion:

This is her big brother, Duke. Who...

chutney {pug}

Chutney may, in fact, be the best name for a Pug that I’ve ever heard. She is a smooshy little wrinkle-face, curl-tail, perfect pugger, and we had a blast in the studio! I got to bust out my new black paper for the first time, and I’m digging it. Gives a richness to the image,...

the cat’s out of the bag

Ok, I don’t actually have a secret or anything, but I thought that was a good title for the image below. I do have some news though…. there will be no more sessions in 2009! I’m full up, and super excited to take a couple weeks off over the holiday! I’ll resume taking sessions after...
